The columns in the output file of EAP ability estimates on p. 70 of the ConQuest 2.0 manual, Figure 7-5, are:

ID (or sequence number if non provided)
EAP estimate
EAP Posterior SD (effectively = S.E.)
EAP Reliability (see http://www.ets.org/Media/Research/pdf/RR-10-11.pdf )
