Numerical values written to the graph, score, and residual output files, files can be in fixed column format (the standard format) or separated by commas or tabs (variable width spaces used to align columns). The standard format can be changed with Edit Initial Settings.

 

To separate the values with commas, specify CSV=Yes or CSV=Commas.

To separate the values with semi-colons, specify CSV=Semicolons.

To separate the values with Tabs, specify CSV=Tabs.

To specify fixed column formatting, specify CSV=No or CSV=Fixed.

 

Example:Provide coordinates so I can plot beautiful probability curves using my graphics package:

Graphfile=plot.dat,Tab; the name of an output file with Tab-separated values.

or

Graphfile=plot.dat; the name of an output file with Tab-separated values.
