Two-facet partial credit/rank order: Sportscasting |

In 1988, the abilities of seven baseball announcers were ranked on 6 items of sportscasting performance (Polskin, H., 1988, The best sportscasters in baseball. TV Guide, 30 July). These are discussed in MFRM Chapter 12 (but analyzed by a different method). A satisfactory method of analyzing rank ordered data is to treat each ordering as a test item, and the numerical rank placement as partial credit grades on that item.
